    As the title states I had responded to the ticket reply asking for it to be escalated but instead they just closed my case. I know what I was requesting can be done and asked for a simple thing. I don't wish to publish my issue here yet but I am extremely unhappy about this!

    Please tag PGJared when you are posting about a support ticket.

    Also, even if it is simple, the support might not have the authority to do whatever the message that you sent to them.
